Sales Terms & Conditions

We will work hard to serve you, but we do not want to over-promise.

1. The customer will pay for any return/RMA shipment -- No call tag will be issued. We realize that it may not be your fault, if a product is defective or not compatible, but please understand it may also not be our fault either -- we ship what our distributors/manufacturers provide us with. We cannot offer our everyday low prices and absorb freight and handling cost for return shipments. But we do pay the UPS GROUND freight for shipping the replacement items back to you. All items except OEM CPU, have six months warranty either from us or from manufacturer depending on the item. No warranty on any physical damages(happen most on CPU and Motherboard installation). No Hot-Swap RMA services unless you have purchased that kind of service.

2. No price protection . We update our prices frequently to ensure the best prices we can offer to our customer. But because of the price volatility of computer industry, We are unable to make price adjustment after the order is shipped. However, if you notify us when you place an order or prior to the shipment of your order, we would be happy to make the price adjustment for you.

3. The customer will be responsible for compatibility. We provides technical specifications listed on our website, so that you can make clever buying decision. For further information or questions beyond what is listed, please check with the manufacturer. We can not guarantee compatibility.

4. Shipping charges are not refundable. All products refund for any reason are subject to a mininum 15% restocking fee (If you receive a defective item, Please understand that it may not be our fault). Products must be refunded within 15 days from the date of the original invoice. CPU and Memory must be refunded within 10 days from the original invoice date. All return product requires an RMA number to be assigned from our RMA department. Keep manuals and box in new condition until you 100% accept the merchandise.

5. Software, Retail box CPU/Processors, and Blank Media Cartridges are non-refundable. When you open it, no matter whether you use or not, it is no longer refundable.

6. The order will be shipped within 1-2 business days, contingent upon credit card authorization and shipping address verification. For fast shipment, shipping address need inside credit card file.
