RMA & Warranty
Policy
1. RETAIL PRODUCT: Customer can contact manufacturer for direct RMA service for retail box product. Click DIRECT RMA
2. OEM PRODUCT: BeatPrice.com will provide 6 months RMA repair service for all OEM products except those specify in the product line. Click INDIRECT RMA
3. REFUND: At least 15% restocking will charged for refund within 15 days, no refund after 15 days.
4. DIRECT EXCHANGE: Beatprice.com will not provide hot-swap RMA exchange unless you purchase hot-swap service when ordering the product.
5. FREIGHT: Customer need to pay the freight and insurance to ship the defective merchandise back to us.BeatPrice.com will pay the ground freight for ship back to you.
6. PHYSICAL DAMAGE: Physical damage or overclocked burnout CPU is not covered by the limited warranty.
7. TIME FOR RMA: The time needed for RMA service is dependent on the manufacturer. Usually 2-6 weeks.
8. NON-REUNDABLE: Open Software, Retail box cpu and media catridage are non-refundable.
9. FOLLOW STEPS: Customer need follows the RMA procedures for request RMA services.
